Qualifications
Rachael has completed a Graduate Diploma of spiritual direction and a Doctor of Ministry. Her research area was emotionally healthy spirituality for transition grief focusing on the experience of cross-cultural mission transitions.
Cross-cultural experience
Rachael served cross-culturally in Thailand and Cambodia for many years, raised children in those contexts and was involved in team member care. From 2016 until 2020 Rachael was personnel director for Interserve Australia. Rachael now works in spiritual formation, offering spiritual direction and retreats, as well as debriefing and coaching for times of transition and sabbatical.
